By using Colorcare’s services, you agree to comply with and accept the terms and conditions outlined below. Your use of Colorcare (“Services”) indicates your binding agreement to these terms.
Delivery and Turnaround
- All laundry, wet cleaning, and steam ironing deliveries will be made within 72 working hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) unless otherwise specified.
- Express or on-demand services are available at an additional charge.
Additional Charges
- Stain removal and starch application (if needed) will incur extra charges, as specified in your bill.
Cleaning Methods and Responsibility
- Our skilled technicians will clean garments using various methods, including wash in emulsifier, detergent, and softeners, as well as specialized techniques like wet cleaning and hydrocarbon cleaning.
- While we strive for excellence, Colorcare cannot be held responsible for color fastness, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments during the cleaning process.
- Every effort is made to remove stains, but stubborn or unremovable stains may persist.
Damage and Refund
- In the unfortunate event of garment damage during our process, we may consider a refund. Refunds are limited to ten times the wash cost, and the disputed garment will be confiscated by Colorcare post-refund.
Garment Examination and Collection
- Customers are encouraged to examine garments upon delivery.
- If garments are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date (unless prior notice is given), Colorcare cannot be held responsible for any loss.
Liability and Tariffs
- Colorcare accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.
- Tariffs for garments are determined on a case-by-case basis, considering garment complexity. Rates in our price list are indicative and minimal.
Jurisdiction and Promotion
- All disputes fall under Hyderabad jurisdiction.
- We may use images of your garments for promotional purposes across social media and other marketing channels.
